Ministry of God Child Death Discovered 35 Years After The Fact
NZ, 5/12/22 Ellen Craig Arrested for Toddler Daughter's Death
Child Abuse is too common for children across the world. But it is especially common for children in religion. These are groups unregulated in almost every country of our world, due to freedom of religion laws.
But what happens when a helpess infant is punished to death. Not much. It often can even go unreported due to the secrecy and isolation of extreme religions from society. See, #cultkids need a voice. That's why I call on you to #occupycults.
In this story Baby Tillie simply disappeared. Tillie’s father thought her to be trafficked. Little Tilly was missing over 30 years until in 2019 an ex Ministry of God member came forward to police.
Ellen Craig is Tillie's mother, well she was, and she's only very recently been charged with beating, burning and burying Tillie and then returning to her life as if nothing happened.
”A woman in New Zealand has been extradited to Australia on the suspicion of murdering a two-year-old girl in the Blue Mountains in New South Wales (NSW) almost 35 years ago.
The 60 year-old-woman has been sent from Palmerston North to Sydney for the alleged murder of her daughter Tillie in the town of Oberon back in 1987.
Tillie was reportedly fatally assaulted by her mother at an Australian commune and the cult leader has been accused of helping dispose of her body”.
... In the alleged crime hidden by cult members who lived on the property at Porters Retreat, near Oberon, the girl’s biological father spent decades searching for his child, believing she had been given away to an unidentified couple. It was only when a former member of the Ministry of God cult came forward to police in 2019 that the terrible allegations came to light.
Police allege Tillie was beaten to death with a piece of plastic tubing, in an assault influenced by the teachings of cult leader Alexander Wilon. The woman allegedly wielding the tube was Tillie’s mother.
...November 21 last year...NSW Police initiated an extradition process as a result of their investigations into the girl’s death.
On Thursday, Craig, now aged 60, arrived in Sydney and was taken to Surry Hills police station, where she was charged with murder. She was refused bail to appear at Central Local Court on Friday.
The death of the girl was connected to the “views and behaviour” of the cult, including a belief that “it was “necessary” for children to be beaten by their parents, Doherty said the police would allege as part of their case against Craig.
Wilon, the cult leader, is alleged to have helped dispose of the toddler by “burning her body, and then placing her body in a 44-gallon drum and placing it in a river”, Doherty said. Wilon was charged with being an accessory to murder in November.
If it wasn’t for the female cult member who came forward in 2019, authorities may never have learned of the child’s death. Doherty said the woman had “done the right thing”.
How many children in the world have suffered similar fates which have gone unreported? We must reject the idea that there is a god or any supreme being who wishes children harm. Let's face it, that's just mental illness talking.
